The Care Team is one way we help to serve others who are going through a hard time or significant transition. This ministry helps to hold the church together. These volunteers give help for short-term, service-oriented needs that arise from common life experiences like illness, hospital stays, moving, having a baby, ect.

This would include things like:

Hospital Visits

Phone Calls

Establishing Meal Trains

Home Visits

Prayer
